Students under 18, real money and real customers. So the rules are strict, and written down.
- Supervision
- 20 students, a lead guide (the navigator) and three part-time guides (mates). At least two adults on site at all times.
- Talking to customers
- Navigators approve outreach lists and anything posted publicly. No in-person meetings with customers without a guardian or navigator present.
- Money
- Customers pay into your child's own verified account. The S$300 float is repaid first, and any profit after that is theirs. Argo covers any loss on the float.
- What they can sell
- A pre-cleared list. No food without a licence, and nothing financial, medical or regulated.
- Mentors and the network
- Mentors are vetted. Under-18s meet mentors in public places, booked through Argo, and parents are copied.
- School and exams
- Voyages run only in school holidays. Voyage I starts after A-levels end (27 Nov) and JC holidays begin (28 Nov). Voyage II sits inside the poly March vacation.
Every Friday you get the same numbers your child sees.
It tracks the product: users, sales and customers spoken to. It never scores your child. Slow weeks are part of the learning.
